Establishing FELIX DEVELOPERS was the result of Dennis Gonsiorovsky’s life long desire and passion. Developing Commercial and Residential properties in different parts of the world, including the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia and Spain, led Dennis to continue his unique style and approach in the USA. His gift has been his ability to turn properties no longer functioning in the manner envisioned, into something special and of added value to the owner and community. 

There is always a way to solve the problem and Dennis has the experience and tenacity to see the project to completion.

Dennis’ vision for FELIX DEVELOPERS is ultimately the creation of a better tomorrow for our clients and communities.
